- $250 – Full Assessment
- $175 – 45min Session
- $100 – 30min Session
- $70 – 15min consults
- Month-to-Month – Text-based therapy option $120/month for 1-2 texts per day/5days week or $220/month with one 30min video session/month
- $60 – Online 50min Group Therapy
Insurance
I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield Vermont and VT Medicaid. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
You may ask these questions to your insurance provider before our first appointment:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
